Bahan-bahan ( 5 org )
- 300 gm isi ayam - potong kecil/kiub
- Kacang panjang/bunga kobis/carrot/jagung muda/tomato - dipotong kecil
- 3 ulas bawang putih - diketuk
- 1 ulas bawang besar - dipotong baji
- 1/2 inci halia - diketuk
- 1 batang serai - diketuk
- 6 ulas cili padi - diketuk
- 2 sudu besar sos tiram
- 2 sudu besar sos cili
- 1 sudu besar kicap manis
- 1 sudu besar sos ikan
- 3 helai daun limau purut - dikoyak-koyak
- Garam secukup rasa (jika perlu)
- 1 sudu kecil tepung jagung dibancuh dgn sedikit air
- Satu cawan air (jika suka berkuah)
Cara-cara
- Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih, bawang besar, serai, halia dan cili padi hingga naik bau.
- Masukkan isi ayam, goreng dan kacau hingga nampak ayam dah putih.
- Masukkan semua sos dan daun limau purut. Tambah air untuk kuah, kacau lagi.
- Masukkan semua sayuran kecuali tomato masuk lambat sikit.
- Rasakan kuah, kalau kurang masin je br tambah garam (sos ikan selalunya dah cukup masin).
- Masukkan tomato dan tepung jagung untuk pekatkan sikit kuah. Siap untuk dihidang.
- NOTA - tambah tepung jagung jika perlu je, jangan banyak sgt nanti kuah tu kering coz terlalu pekat. Selamat mencuba
Bahan-bahan ( saiz 20 cm )
- 2 biji telur
- 1 cawan minyak masak
- 1 cawan gula pasir
- 1 cawan gula perang
- Bahan A
- 1 sudu kecil vanila
- 1 1/2 cawan susu segar perisa coklat
- 1/2 cawan air campur dgn 2 sudu kecil nescafe
- Bahan B
- 2 sudu kecil sodium bicarbonate
- 1 sudu kecil baking powder
- 1/2 cawan serbuk koko
- 2 cawan tepung gandum
- ==============================
- ** Topping **
- 1/2 cawan koko van hauten
- 1/2 cawan susu pekat
- 1 sudu besar minyak masak
Cara-cara
- Pukul telur hingga kembang
- Masukkan gula dan pukul lagi
- Kemudian masukkan minyak masak
- Ayak semua bahan B dan masukkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam telur tadi berselang seli dengan bahan A. Gaul sehingga sebati.
- Bakar pada suhu 170 degree selama 1 jam atau sehingga masak
- Untuk toppingnya.. masukkan semua bahan-bahan ke dalam periuk, dengan api kecik panaskan sampai nampak dah ok...taruk je atas kek yg dah sejuk
KEK LAYER PANDAN
Bahan-bahan ( 8 in )
- Cake:
- -250 gm sponge cake mix
- -4 biji telur
- -50 ml air
- -50 gm corn oil
- -1 teaspoon ovallate
- -2 tablespoon pandan juice - blh guna pandan emulco/paste
- Pandan fudge:
- -400ml coconut milk
- -300ml plain water
- -3 tsp agar2 powder
- -50 ml pandan juice
- 6 tbspn hoen kee bean flour ( green color)
- -180gm sugar
- Desiccated coconut (for topping)
Cara-cara
- SpongeCake:- Mix all ingredients into the mixer bowl and cream in high speed for 6-8 mins.
- -Pour mixture into an 8" pan and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 50mins.

When the cake is completely cool, slice the cake into 3 layers.
- Dissolve green bean flour into the pandan juice, make sure it is not lumpy.
- Add coconut milk, water,sugar and agar-agar powder into a pot. Heat with a low fire. Keep stirring while heating.
- When milk is just about to boil, pour in the green bean flour mixture. Stir well and keep whisking until mixture a bit thick. Off the stove.
- Allow this fudge to cool down slightly and thicken.

Spread some fudge onto the first layer of cake.

Top with the second layer of cake. Repeat until you have 3 layers of cake and two layers of fudge. Coat the whole cake with the remaining pandan fudge.

Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top and around sides of cake and chilled in the fridge before serving.
